studio lighting techniques

What are some ways to make me “pop” with my makeup?
i have a fair complexion with few blemishes (if ever), light brown hair, some freckles (but they arent overpowering freckles), and brown eyes with green flecks, so i guess more of a hazel.
what i do now is (just a simple everyday look):
studio fix powder foundation,
line my eyes with chocolate brown eyeliner (too faced lava),
diorshow mascara in black,
pop eyeshadow cakes in naked brown (pale browns and shimmering pinks),
bare minerals blush in beauty (a soft pink),
and usually just a burts bees lip balm or a Stila lip glaze or a Tarte lip gloss like Westley and Buttercup.
please suggest me: specific colors that work with my coloring, specific products and techniques.
keep in mind, this is just a DAY look.
thanks!
